unfortunately as a liverpool fan (i actually hate football and couldnt give a monkeys who wins but ive enjoyed liverpool matches Ince i was about ten. there is something special about liverpools football, they seem to have more exciting games than any other team in my opinion) i have to say chelsea look very much like strolling to victory this season. Im quite hopefull that liverpool will knock one of the top three from third place though. i would love to see Arsenal in 4th place.
But I prefer the conversation about competition method. Kid you are so unbelievably american. your thoughts on championship games and "the best team wins- fuck the style,fuck the passion, there are no should have beens" attitude is what makes america what it is today. Yours is a funny culture i have to admit. it cuts all the passion from life. Sport isnt about results, its about knowing what happened was a total injustice. Its also not about winning. Its about glory. its about great highs that end up in unjustified disaster.
You attitude toward sport is the attitude that caused the 1980's. Feel free to take that the wrong way.
