U-S soldier killed by roadside bomb in western Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq Another American soldier has been killed in Iraq. Commanders in Baghdad say he was a member of an Army combat team hit by a roadside bomb while on patrol in western Iraq. He died last night at a U-S military hospital.
The death pushes to at least 18-hundred-99 the number of
Americans who've died in Iraq since the U-S invasion.
A Kurdish member of Iraq's Parliament was killed last night in an attack on his convoy north of Baghdad.
