I used skype for the first time to call PNG the other day and I found that there's no difference in the rate compared to using Voda, optus or other providers. PNG rate seems to be the highest compared to other countries.

Pls share your views or opinion on whether it is cheaper to use Skype or are there any other cheaper ways to call PNG.
