Hope everyone is fine and ok, despite pretty busy preparing for exams drawing nigh (student). I am sorry if this e-mail is an additional burden to your studies/work.
The purpose of this e-mail is to invite volunters to come up with a PNGSAV LOGO for our letter head containment. The logo has to be completed and sent to the PNGSAV committee for screening and analysing within two weeks from this e-mail.
Criteria required for this PNGSAV LOGO:
should reflect our beautiful country (PNG
should reflect Victoria
should serve the purpose of our (students) studyng in Melburne
should show a perfect background (colour)
should reflect the future of this association
All those logos received will be thoroughly checked and screened by the committee panel and will announce the $50 winner to one who comes up with the best logo that will serve our association for ever. Chance $50 to be grasp and it is your absolute chance to come with the utmost best logo that you can ever produce reflecting above criterias.
I have to be honest with you in saying this,(no offence) this association was in absolute chaos situation and was totally mismanaged when my (new) administration came in. There was no paramount and concrete written constitution to guide this association documented, there was no letter head, no Logo, no proper well documented accountable documents, and etc. This is a terrible mass and a big shame to opeate in this way, given that we live (study) in one of the developed nations where things are properly managed and organised. Our association in no doubt should reflect this society (Melbourne, Australia).
Anyway, my administration absolutely consider above as 'dead man's bones' and we are trying to step up from this and move on. We are definitely starting from zero scratch and I plea for your help if there was something that we require you for help. We are trying to set up the basic fundamentals of this association back to correct and proper in a professional way it should be.
We will soon advise you all of our next gathering to farewell our brothers and sisters who are leaving (graduating) this year (July 09). The venue and date TBA to be advised once the commitee meet.
