This matter is between the countries of Armenia and Turkey. The US must deal with each country from a specific, American viewpoint. Today, Turkey's strategic geography to American war zones trumps forcing them into any declaration of matters not directly tied to American agenda. This matter is best handled thru the country of Armenia.
