ON UNGERAYNUTYUN amongst Armenians- SOCIETIZATION( my
version) of "CIVIL SOCIETIES"adapted&suitable for us Armenians.
When I first began to write and emphasize on the need of developing
above factor in 1978-published , in the Asbarez Weekly of Los
Angeles, CA,it was as one of the Four Preconditions that I found
crucially important for the RE-ORGANIZATION OF THE ARMENIAN
DIASPORA countries. We lacked that component and still do.
Since then I steadfastly continued in my search for a venue in
order to have the huge human resources systematically formed into
classified entities that I then nominated as Professional
Colleagues Associations.
Stressing on its being very contemporary.Since nowadays the great
majority of Diasporans and RA populations are active in some 15/16
fields of professions,some o
f which professions highly
advanced,such as sciences, technologies, environmental,
Health,finances ,industries, agriculture etc.,(in this respect please

I based my theories on the assumption of comparing the nature of
advances registered in all fields by our people, in diaspora and
Fatherland alike with those of yesteryear. We clearly needed to

UPINGS and that we did.
Since then we have seen 5 such PCAs formed ,namely the
Heath/Medical,The Engineers & Sciences,the BAR,The Sportive,
and The Jewellers.This last PCA(Prof. colleaguess Associates
ought to enlap the furnishigs as well.Yet to be formed are :-
Banking and finance,Transport & Travel, Mining &n Industres,
AgricultralEducation& Culture,The environmental?Forestry.The
Food and catering,The Media.Communications&IT and one or two
more.
I argued and and still maintain that the best VENUE for
becoming SOCIALLY FORMED, for that is actually what
Societization Ungeraynutyun ought to be so achieved As people
working in similar fields of professions are MUCH 20MORE APT to
get together ,socialize,learn from each other,compliment each
others abilities and merits, striving to attain
objectives.Especially wthin our Armenian world.
For indeed other nations can also adopt above mode of
organizational method as well. However I wish to stick to ours here
and drive home the importance of gathering into groupings all over
the Diaspor
a countries and also in the Marzs of the republic s of
Armenia/Artsakh.It is essential, in order to have the huge
collectivities of the PCAs well SOCIALLY FORMED,what is more
with an ultimate Objective. That of establishing a National

With further reference to Societization ,Formacion Social or
yet aother terminology that became more and more introduced on
the international speculative scene for such a means of developing
an important human merit ,that of denominating it as Civil
Society or Civil Societies.Please note here, that these good
contemporaries of mine all over the globe20, came up only with
that. Emphasizing the NEED for such Societies. They did not , have
not , as yet indicated the way to achieve it .
This servant of the Armenian people, has done so by insisting
that BEST VENUE IS THROUGH FORMATION INTO Professional Colleagues
Associations.These, by the by, I
have pointed out ,WILL also
solve yet another problem.PCAs will come to by and by enter
alongside the Political parties representatives into
Parliaments,Congresses.
However, in our particular case, that is the Armenian Diasporic
stance and indeed AFTER REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA independence, THE
DIASPORA(S),SHORT FOR ARMENIAN DIASPORA, at most can HAVE A
SUPREME COUNCIL, as its Head.As otherwise , it will unnecessarily
create confusion, short of antagonizm with our already 17 year old
Parliament iiwithin the borders of the present Republic of Armenia.
The Armenian political or intellectual mindset should not in any way
excercise trying to dub a denomination to its present or future
Structure(s) as to create yet another unwanted complication to its
aready very complex structures.Actually not even the latter
wording is suitable to the present haphazardly independently acting
establishments which some boastfully so indicate and name. They are
not structure
s per se, excepting only a very few political ad/or
benevolent ones. To these we must extend our gratefullness and
wish them success in their future undertakings. Nonetheless they
cannot be considered as the Armenian Diaspora(s) Centralized, if you
wish,well organized and unanimously elected as to be THE DIASPOR
A
SUPREME COUNCIL.
I have already dwelt upon the importance of DELEGATING assignment
and responsibilities of the FIVE Departments that ought tobe
considered as said Councils
main branches ,acting in unison but in Geographically apart
locations and that based on our main Diaspora countries special
qualifications and suitabilities,always with a view also,to be
enacting in conformity with the Republic of Armenia and to the
mutual beefit of these two segments of our people. Thence:-
1.The Legal political Department to be alongside R.of Armenias
delegation at Strasbourg(not as official Delegate of the Republic,
but as non-voting presence.Indeed with office in that town.
Comprised of Armenian International attorneys,political party reps.
and as novelty a representative of the PCAs (Professionakl
colleagues Associations)of the diaspora.
2.The Economic Department conveniently to be located in Geneva
Swtzerland(famous for its TAX-FREE stance-also a very suitable
centre for Economic issues and home for the f
uture National
Investment Trust fund with its 16 offices -each representing one
main professional Grouping of the Diaspora and Homeland-please see

3.The Executive in N.Y. ,likewise alongside the R.of Armeni
as
U.N.s Representative.
4.The Social services and future Repatriation Department at Moscow,
wich will act as coordinator of both social issues for the huge
Armenian diaspora in the Russian Federation ,helping initiate
organized EXODUS to Armenia/Artsakh,once The fund is established.

5.The Spiritual Supreme Council/Department, being the only one
existant.However to have as its immediate partner theGreat House
ofCillllica.
All above Five Departments in CONSTANT contact with each other
through many an advanced communications means .As well as each
Diaspora Central Council coordinating each ones activities with
all the others- however conducting their businesses under knowledge
and surveillance of the FIVE Departments ,according nature of issue
with the relative Department.In this connection indeed once
the
Central Councils and the Five Supreme Departments are struct
ured
,utmost attention ought tobe given for progframming,coordiating all
sorts of issues, pertinent to specific needs and fields of
professions.
To sum up and point out to the ordinary non-partisan compatriot, that

t is HIGH TIME to JOIN-UP with his/her Profession-work type
Association ,thus, PARTICIPATE AND REPRESENT through PCAs their
rEPRESENTATIVES to said DIASPORA COUNTRY CETRAL AND INTER-DIASPORA
