Armenia To Host NATO Exercises For 19 Countries on Sept 11-17. Turkey yes, Azerbaijan NO?

An Istanbul based newspaper is reporting that there are going to be NATO exercises in Armenia this September 11-17. Troops from 19 countries will hold military exercises in Armenia in the field of humanitarian relief to civilians in disaster zones.

Azerbaijan has been refrained from participating because their troops lack disciplines and they can not be trusted as they surely will start shooting and axing left and right, killing Armenians and non-Armenians alike. Turkey which has more disciplined troops may participate.
