Thanks Rick. I felt like it would be okay for what I was doing, but you guys been around it more than I, so I figured you'd help me out.
I have thought about getting some music for before my shows. Once I played a children's CD for a couple of songs. Really short ones before I started. At the time I did not give much thought to if that was okay or not. So I hadn't since.
Some times there is music played by someone else before I do my thing. With nothing to do with my show. I just happen to be at the right place at the right time. Cool.
Between puppets...here lately I have found myself talking to the puppets, and them to me, when we are ducked behind this or that reloading. Once in awhile I will pop my head out and ask someone in the audience a question or what ever...make it part of my skit. It brings a laugh.
But...I am grateful for the helpful hints you all give me.
I know some of the Vents sing along with music. I ain't that good of a singer. I make it up as I go. Never goes like practice did. Haahahaha
If I had to sing along with music, I'd be one sad sack. Maybe later. But, music by itself like you said I think is a great idea. |
