french vent?

Hello,
I want to know if somebody knows a book to learn to be a vent in french. Maybe the technics are the same. I don't known.

I'm not sure myself, which sounds require lip or chin movment in French, but we have a couple of folks from France listed on the International Performers Directory that you can email and ask......
