Click on the picture of the pig and you should get ideas and/or jokes for him. There are also some nice farm routines for ventriloquists availabe at www.maherstudios.com. I have a friend who performs with two live pot-belly pigs and he has come up with several great jokes over the years. The main thing is that it HELPS PEOPLE REMEMBER YOUR NAME! You're lucky! People don't know they have seen me before until I pull out the Axtell bear. "Oh! I've seen you before!" They remember the puppet and since that puppet reminds them of your name it is worth it's weight in... (well, that's a lot of weight)... But, you can't buy better marketing than adding a pig to your act. Even if you just "wrap-up" with him it's like the bacon they add to Filet Mignon. The rest of the show is the meat, but people remember the bacon!
You could also get a chicken puppet and do egg tricks so you would have a showed called the Bacon and Eggs show, with Mr. Bacon and HEN-rietta.
