Hello, folks! We have been corresponding but don't know who each other is. That's probably good, as it keeps me safe from any Canadians I may have upset. But if you have a website or you are on a website somewhere and you'd like to share the link that would be nice. My website is I also am on and Steve has my picture with some of his puppets on his site.

Nice site, Sherri. I still am amazed at how up front Christianity is in the United States! I am also impressed with the other topics you handle..such as fetal-syndrome. Have you ever dealt in vent with familial or authority abuse? I have way too many Ontario resources and at worst I can , at least, steer you to resources which will use Christianity and science to deal with the challenges facing young people. Best of the New Year. Ron Crowley

Looks good!

Hello, Shari! Good to see you again and congratulations on being part of the International Ventriloquists' Dream Team at I-Fest 2007.

I really like your website. It is easy to navigate, has just the right amount of pictures, and is a quick read on any of the pages. I might recommend that you put statements in bold in the quotes that you really want people to read, also in any of the other write-ups. I need to do that myself. People tend to skim and they would read the bold.

God bless you in this new year!

P.S. For those who don't know about I-Fest, please visit and click on the Events button. I-Fest occurs in the summer of each year and some of us have been there about 10 times! Great event for learning more about ventriloquism (or puppetry). It meets just south of Chicago on a Christian college campus and has a Christian theme. Many folks try to go both I-Fest and Vent Haven.

Doria's Website

October 13 2008, 11:15 AM

I used Virtual Avenue to create my website (Thanks for the recommendation, Tony Borders). It is very, very easy and very affordable. I paid extra to have words like (Bullying Prevention Educator, Bullying Prevention, Innovative Bullying Programs) attached to my website. When people are using a search engine and type in those words, my website comes up. For example, on Yahoo search engine, if you type in Bullying Prevention Education Programs, I am the 5th website down. I have had people from all over the country find me, as well as people from other countries. It is a great way to network with others and increases your credibility.

I had a lot of fun creating it. If you check it out, let me know what you think.

Location, location, location

One thing I noticed on Ribbon the Clown and also on Mr. Fuzzy is that it was difficult to find the area where you perform. For example, do you go worldwide, or do you stay locally. I mention on my website birthday page that I do birthdays for Sacramento county and adjacent counties.

I often see entertainer websites that don't tell where they are from. Something to check out. (Although speaks for itself.)

Cluster Busters

October 14 2008, 11:59 AM

One of the problems we encounter out in the rhubarb in spring or fall are cluster flies. Thankfully a clever Canadian has had access to an atomic splitting machine and added eggshells. Inserted in a clever container the microscopic particles traps at least 20 flies a day and the Buster can hold a thousand insects. Consequently, it has becomes tough times for spiders except in our furnace room which is on the south side("One thing I noticed on Ribbon the Clown and also on Mr. Fuzzy is that it was difficult to find the area where you perform-Tony.") There one enterprising arachnid which has feasted on a small web which traps at least one fly every two days. Thank you.

Locations mmmmm I guess you have a GREAT point!

October 14 2008, 4:10 PM

mmmm. I guess I have to correct that.. I will go 2hours (4 hours if a special arrangements can be made) in any direction. Maybe a map would be a good idea to show where my base is and what direction I go to perform or minister. What do you think? I know I get frustrated when I find a performer I like on the web and don't know where they are from.
by the way under WEB SITE BREMER (THATS ME) I wrote some stuff about my site and web master if anyone is looking for a web master.

This is taken care of when the prospect want to know prices.

Because I have differnt areas for differnt shows I let the Auto responder take care of it.

If somebody fills in the form from an area I do not want to work in the will get an email saying so.

You can try if you want use postcodes En1 1en,cb1 1cb and zz1 1zz then check you email and you will see how this works.

Sounds like a nice program! I loved your site, by the way! Your quotes are a huge selling point and you start off with "Make your child the star of the show". People want to know "What's in it for me?" and you tell them right away. Good on ya', Mate! Oh, wait. You don't go that far!

Notice that when you post a website like this, it's not a click on link:

But if I type it like this you can click on it!

web sites

I have learned so much checking out web site and have enjoyed making improvements. I am still working on it and so is my web master. One exciting thing that is happening on my site is, TRANSLATIONS. I have just had a professional translate one of my coloring books (I have 4) into Spanish. You can download it and make copies as long as you don't change the content. He said the translator program I was using made a mess of things. BUT I am excited because he is a BIG ministry and is taking the time to translate my coloring books. He also has friends that might translate them into Philippines and Indonesian language.
Because of the comments about my web site I have made some changes, and I do love to be the best i can. sooooo if you have any ideas on improvement let me know.
Is there any Christians that can translate into another language? Who would be willing to translate one to 4 coloring story books.
