need major help on webcam, live broadcasting info!!

Ok you smart people who always have answers to my questions:
I have a God Castor from God-Tube for my ministry to live broadcast my show, Ribbons Believe It Or Not... Answers about question about God.
ANYWAY I have a $500 JVC hard disk camcorder.... the jvc people tell me I cant use this as a web cam.. THAT SEEMS STUPID. Do you know if I can make this broadcast live as a web cam. Then I borrowed a web cam and it has no sound. How do I make one of these work???? augh

That's it..not fair, Robin..you've been practicing! Secondly, a Godcaster routine on God Tube in which you (or your vent)answer questions about God? I am now sitting down on the computer room floor..wow!! that is simply far out! You know I don't think even the legendary Canadian comic troupe, Codco, even went there!

I will be broadcasting as a clown/ventriloquist. My Axtell puppet will be in alot of the shows cause it allows me to interact (plus she is my star). I will also be buying an Axtell Chimp any size around tax time. He will be my baby puppet. I'll use other tools, like putting on the armor of God with balloons. I already do alot of this in my ministry already but this way I can make it more personal and teach more & reach more people. But I'll have to come up with more stuff each week. So the audience will be asking the question and I'll (me & God) will be coming up with a 1 to 4 min skit, I'll teach 1 min or so and pray about 1 min. Keep me in your prayers cause I'm a little out of my comfort zone in the technical of web casting and editing later.
Hey I'll make sure at sometime I'll give credit to Axtell puppets. I believe in promoting other people.
I got toooooo frustraighted last night and went and bought a new web cam at Walmart.

Robin..I am in awe of your energy and how hard you push! Have you yet thought which type of voice you are going to use for the little chimp. I don't use my chimp-guy because I can't hear/see what type of voice he would have. A bio question...do you do your ministry full-time(yes, Ron I try to live it!)..I mean do you have a job other than a minister? If so, how do you find the time to devote so much time to such an inspired vent ministry? I no longer work the six day weeks, yet I appreciate the work of those who do. Your ideas sound super. Ron
This fellow is gona be a baby girl. She is gona replace a stuffed monkey puppet that is to small for a large audience to see. She will have pink bows in her hair and a short pink lacy dress with a diaper sticking out. and a blanket and pascifer ( cant spell and either can my spell check) her voice is soft and gentle and slow. She only says a few words. like no, blanket, grandma, mom, dad, and some fighting words. The old vinyl Axtell gorilla I am bidding on will be awesome this.
I do ministry full time but that includes prayer time and study. I wrote 13 booklets and 4 posters and am working on more. My husbands ministers with me when he can. He plays guitar finger picken syle, Chet Atkins. He also sings on the worship team and sings Mel Hagar, style. So I am busy but love it. I do shows for churches and lay hands on them and pray. I also give words of knowledge as lead by the Lord. I used to do schools but I rather not. I love to see the power of God move in peoples lives in church and on the street.
As you can see I love the Lord and I talk tooooo Much!

I assume you are using Axtell puppets in this broadcast if you are posting here. I am not sure about the technical aspects of your JVC camcorder but here is some info that might help

Is this where I ask how to change an overhead light bulb? I think I'm a little behind the times. I'm going to make like Cliff, on Cheers, and convince myself if nobody else, however...
You probably can't use the JVC cam because the quality is too good and would take too long to upload. That's why I strive to do everything in lower quality so I can eventually upload it. So far I've gotten my act down to a low enough quality that I should be able to send it to people on dial-up.
P.S. There is an Axtell Chimpanzee on ebay right now. (January 8, 2008)
