I thought there might be an article for us to read thru the rules for the contest that started today. Any News AX?

What will one need to get involved in the contest, what are the rules and regulations, are the contestants broken into catagories, ages, ect. Who will judge the winners, if you want to get involved but your a newbie should that stop you?
