to all. i just finished a show that featured 6 of axtells big puppets, (the wart hog, lion, elephant, frog, bee, duck, and aligator) these were featured in front of a 35 ft christmas tree also filled with puppets! all singing "creature praise" . we sat about 2000 people over the 2 weekends and 6 performances.
our axtell critterrs were great! they took over the stage, and changed a cute little childrens song into a show stopper! the puppeteers were mostly amatures but the critters made them look great! sooo many good comments from the audience. several nights we heard gasps and "oh mys" when they came out and almost every night the song was met with sporatic applause when the lights came on!
As i clear up the show details, i will make available the video we shot to steve. maybe you will get to see us all in action.

I agree, we only perform with Axtell equipment and puppets now. The Oohs and Ahhs we hear when we bring on our characters is so encouraging, and breaks down any "nerves" we may have. They are so well detailed and beautifully made that even our audiences see the quality from the many comments we hear after our presentations.

Axtell stuff is far better than any other ventriloquist puppets I have seen. Now, I just need more money. Lets see I want the baby's, ostrich, bear....
