How do I post a picture?

I wanted to share a couple of pictures I took onto the forum. I now have them in photobucket, but I do not know how to get them from there to here. When I try to log in at the bottom, nothing really happens.

Just type the URL of the photo. LIke this: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3189/3668630788_72d2970803.jp(g) without the parenths
