I think I heard there is one made by a guy in Vegas called a "Side Kick"

For my shows I went to the local music store and purchased a wooden topped music stand for 29.99. I removed the little lip and trimmed it out. It has proven to be in inexpensive and portable option for me.

After seeing this post, I have started to assemble a hip stand for a show I have coming up in two weeks for an italian festival where I will be doing a grinder monkey bit.

Which reminds me... anyone got any clean, short italian jokes? lol
