Now the most important thing here is not that he moved his lips, or for that matter, we didn't understand him, he was having fun wasn't he and if my ears don't deceive so were the people who he was talking to. Ventriloquism is alive and well and living in Mexico

Very cool... I put a comment on the video and got this reply from the uploader regarding the ventriloquist:
Yes, he was creative. As a missionary to mexico, 15 trips under my belt,preparing to leave on trip #16, I see all types of ways these tough people make a living. He is still working the streets of Ramos Arizpe and Saltillo. he knows where to go, and his house is nice. Street performing has done well for him, despite appearances.
