BOX

We're having to keep a lid on it, so to speak....
We are building the first one for a magician in England... his specific monster is custom and will be shipped in 2 weeks. To say we are excited is an understatement!!!!! Once it ships then we will build our own prototype with the monster or beast you see in the teaser. It is AMAZING!!!!
Which name do you like best?

Beast is better. You'd have one monster (Hang-On) and one beast that way instead of two monsters in your lineup. Besides, two b-words (box, beast) sounds better too.

I agree

A lady visiting with Natalie Miller today referred to it as "Beast in a Box" today and it just stuck. I told her I loved it. It was a slip up and a good one! They got a sneak peek because they visited, but are sworn to secrecy of course. Or we'll release the beast on them!

My vote is for Beast In A Box. I like the sound better too.
"Where's the Beast?"
"In the Box."
"One Beast in a Box to go Pleeeeze!"
Haahahaha
Seriously...I am anxious to see it.

Ax-Trax

I can see it now. An Ax-trax! The Beast has put an F on the sign so it looks like Feast in a Box. The curious customer comes in and the ax-trax makes the sound effects of something moving around in the box, eerie music, creaking lid as the box is opened, etc. Then out pops the Beast ready to ambush whoever opened the box. etc

I like Beast too. Or Brute. Behemoth? Alliteration for the win.
Chomping at the bit to see more of this guy.

Creature in a crate

Hey, this is where my vote goes. Let's face it, what I see is a crate, not a box.
Hey, Ax, I'm dieing to know just one thing. Is this going to be a Hands Free Item, or not one?

What's in a Name? What's in a Box?

All good suggestions! Tony is on the right "track" .... there will be major sound effects with this production.
Chris the Beast in a Box is indeed a Hands-Free Animatronic (our most sophisticated yet). This was one of the big plans Ron Palmer and I had before his passing. On our flight to England together in 2008 I drew my vision for this feature on the airplane. Ron had begun plans on how to make it all work. My current team has been secretly working on this with me for over 2 years...and it's about to break out!
The Beast will also be available as a full body hand puppet.
The first one we are working on will makes it's debut at FISM in England. It will be an exclusive custom monster for magician Rob Gaffney. Ax

Ax, I'm sure you have another hit on your hands. The thought that Ron has a part in this, along with your present team, makes this even more special.

In a can?

I saw a new puppet on Pavlov's site - a Monster in a Garbage Can. Too much like Oscar for me. I like the idea of a Monster in a Crate.

BEAST IN BOX FEATURED AT FISM
July 10 2012, 9:51 AM
The following television news coverage of FISM featured some footage of our Beast in a Box! This particular monster is custom made for Rob Gaffney in the UK shown with him there. Our Monster will be different coming out in our line!
B in B rocked the house at KIDabra! Ax gave a hilarious performance with his newest creation.

Thanks Steve and thanks for all your help there at the booth!
It was a huge hit.... many people wanted it right away and have ordered... Kimmo grabbed the prototype so we have to build another one before I can even shoot any video of the routine. It's hot.
I can't wait to show you this "Munch" character as an animatronic BEAST IN A BOX too!

Awesome

I love it. With a little customized coloration it could replace my Sir Edgar Monster (from Britain). I think I'm sold.
