Very Sad (Missing Puppet Delivery)

I have been waiting for two months for my first Axtell Puppet.

Willie was to be delivered today. I have been tracking UPS all day. I get the notice that he was delivered at 6:08pm at my front door.

I run home to get my special package and I find that there is no package at my front door.

Now I find out I can't claim the lost package. I have to have Axtell Expression make the claim.

Ahhhhhhhh! sad.gif
I was going to take him on vacation and show him off this weekend.

There, I had to tell someone.

thanks for letting me vent.

Well, I'm telling everybody that oh, no...

I know how you have been talking about getting this puppet for over two months now. You have emailed me personality and shared your excitment.
Oh...I sure hate that he got lost.
Maybe he will turn up soon.

I've had 2 instances of UPS delivering to the wrong address this year alone. That's probably what's happened here.

I'd suggest calling UPS and getting them to track down where your package is. If it was mis-delivered, there is no need to make a claim.

In one case, I e-mailed the company 40 miles away that they mis-delivered it to and the receptionist there told me that my package was safely picked up by UPS that morning and rerouted to me.

Did you check with neighbors to see if they signed for it? Or maybe took the package in to keep it safe? hope you get your package soon. I know the feeling...

Pam, NOOOO!!!! I'm sure you have contacted Theresa and she's put the search in, but if not her info is here

You should have also received a UPS notification by email when it shipped with a tracking number on it. Check the address on that to make sure it was correct. Probably already this all this.

I'm so sorry you don't have your puppet yet, enjoy your vacation and we'll see what happened. Ax

Just thinking... You don't happen to live near another ventriloquist who knew an Axtell was coming, do you? Hmmm? Be careful of us addicts!

Axtell Puppets alive!

You know how those Axtell Puppets are. We think they are just puppets and pretend that they are alive, or make them come to life.
We have no clue how much play time they get in when we aren't watching.
Remember all the "Toy Story Movies"?

Willie is now Leonard and he's finally home. He is named after a character on my favorite TV show.

The little old man next door signed for him thinking he belonged to the landlords upstairs.

All is well in puppet land.

He looks so comfortable and relaxed in his new surroundings. Even learned to dress himself already!
