"I just decided to see if I could contact Mr. Pardo's atty...and amazingly Mr. Silver (the atty) answered the phone when I called his law office. Mr. Silver said that during their settlement hearing, that his decease client wanted the dog back from the spouse but that she had given it to friends of the family. Mr. Silver said that Mr. Pardo confirmed this and was happy with the dog's placement. Another good piece of information, that the Big Brown Akita should have already had a new home before Mr. Pardo killed his soon to be ex wife (I ran across a report that said she and her parents were expected to be along the dead)."
