BIG PROBLEM

hi everybody! i have a big problem...as some of you know i have a male akita almost 2 years old and apparently he managed to get into some insulation we had in the backyard without us even knowing...now i thought maybe he just chewed it and didn't eat it...but apparently it was in his poop too! i can't imagine how this couldn't be a huge horrible deal, but he seems normal and just fine. any advice? is it necessary to take him in? any feedback would be helpful. thanks
