My vet would not go near Josey without a muzzle at first. He quickly learned that Josey is not the typical Akita that walks through the door. I guess he gets a lot of bad owners coming in with untrained Akitas. He is a lot more trusting of Josey now.

You brag all you want, but don't just limit it to your pooch, give yourself a brag also. Your pooch wouldn't be as good if not for your hard work and training.

My parents had a cocker spaniel that had the same problem. Not a fun vet visit, that's for sure.
