No Country for Old Keeters!

man we have been in an extreme drought and heat wave..100-105

actually got to 107 last week. Koda is an Uber Lump during the day.

He likes to go out around 5:30 (when we do) and he runds around once and it's pant city but he keeps on going.


I bring out a bowl of ice cubes and dump them in a pile..he will just lay there chomping ice..I bet it feels good on his tongue..I sometimes will rub ice on his paw/toe pads..he looks at me funny but I think he knows what I'm doing.

How's the weather around the country? and how is your Akita dealing with it..
