Response to The Durabrite inks are oil-based rather than water-based

I believe that the base for Durabrite inks is still water and alcohol. The main difference is that the color is a pigment, a solid particle encapsulated in resin, rather than a dye. Dye inks must be absorbed by the paper in order to work properly, and decal paper will not absorb the dye. Any printer that uses pigment inks should work with decal paper. Dye inks will be pretty sketchy.
