Hello fellow modellers,
We again have breaking news from the 17th Annual Western Canadian Regional Model contest being held at the Alberta Aviation Museum in Edmonton, Alberta on June 2 2012.
It keeps getting better! IPMS Edmonton is very pleased to announce that Spencer Pollard, the Editor for Military in Scale, is flying in from England to attend our show.
Spencer will be conducting two seminars at the show, each roughly 45 minutes long. One will be an armour demo and the other an aircraft demo. These demos will include airbrushing and weathering methods, Spencer will be demonstrating his amazing techniques in person!
Spencer is an incredibly talented modeller and you will be amazed by his modelling techniques.
As well, Spencer will award a Military in Scale choice award. The winner of that award will receive a 1 Year Subscription to Military in Scale.
There will now be direct coverage from three of the finest major modeling magazines in the world at our show in Edmonton! This provides a perfect opportunity for our contestants to showcase their talents, not only at the Edmonton show, but also to the world!
Dont miss out on this opportunity to meet both Hyperscale's / Missing Lynx's Brett Green and Militay In Scales's Spencer Pollard! Spread the word, it is still not too late to make plans to attend!
We will also have two talented artists in attendance with vendor tables, Dragon Model's Ron Volstad as well as aviation artist Robert Bailey. Robert was recently hand-picked by George Lucas to be the official artist for Star Wars.
