Like many have said already.

In searching for the right shot of my grandfather's crew to use I re-discovered a nice shot of me and my grandfather together at an airshow here in Tacoma, Wash. at McChord AFB. What a great man he was.

Just not sure who that "young kid" in the sunglasses could be. Seems so long ago, actually shot on film.

Story behind the F-117 in the background. I recall it was on of the first airshows where the F-117 was on public display. They had a pair of rope rings around it and AF representatives would answer most questions at the outer ring. At the inner ring were heavily armed personnel that were there to shoot encroachers. Also it was positioned to make it virtually impossible to take pics of the exhaust nozzles.
