Response to Can someone tell me the FS Numbers for UAE F-16 Camo?

...it's not painted, it's a urethane rubber coating that allows the radar waves to pass through.  It also absorbs dirt and changes color with age.  So, it's whatever color you want to make it, based on reference photos.

There's a great thread by Scott Brown (Afterburner Decals) on Zone-Five about F-16's, here's the section concerning radomes -

"RADOME COLOR

Gray..plain ol gray. Seriously. If you live in the UK, its Grey. The radomes on F-16s are coated, not painted, and this coating picks up dirt and grime and darkens with age and use and a myriad of other factors. They range in shade from fuselage color to almost black. No 2 F-16s have the same color radome, and youll find pics of them with either different domes at various times or one thats aged a bit.

These are 2 examples where the crew chiefs have scrubbed the grime off the radome.one as art and one as a recognition feature so hed know when his jet was taxiing back in. Again, find a shot of the jet you want to do, and eyeball it"

Full thead, with photos, is here - http://zone-five.net/showthread.php?t=231   Zone-five would probably be a better place to get a definite answer on the UAE colors, they're pretty much all about jets over there.
