That's for both 'shipped free' pe sets or 'not shipped for free' pkgs w/ a kit or two. I've never ordered anything big/heavy such as a 32nd kit. Before I fig'd out to order in stocks only, unless I really wanted it at Lucky's price and could wait, I had one order delayed for a couple weeks while they found the missing item to complete. Rec'd within a wk after order was complete and Lucky shipped via cheapest airmail. If you ordered in stocks and the pkg hasn't arrived in Fla say two wks later, those in stocks went out of stock before your order could be filled/packed and Lucky is prob awaiting resupply, which may take days, wks or maybe even months. I'd email them and ask about your order's status and if the pkg has shipped.
