Question on Future pooling

Hi Everyone.

After 20 years of using Gloss lacquer I've finally used Future on my current build, the Minicraft B314.

I can see why everyone loves it. I don't know what I did wrong when I tried it years ago, but it worked very well this time. Nice smooth finish that the decals are laying nicely over.

The only problem I have is a couple of areas under the fuselage where it pooled a bit. I'm guessing I can correct this by lightly using ammonia Windex just to those areas and reapplying the Future to those areas--avoiding stripping the model.

Will that work? Or is a different approach recommended?

Thank you for all the responses to my last question and your help with this,
