Accurate Miniatures SBD problems?

I had bought the AM New Zealand SBD and had problems with the fit of the cowling to the fuselage. Seems that the piece on top that went from the instrument panel shroud to the cowling was too short. I had contacted AM and was sent a replacement.

Which other SBD kits had this problem???
