Yugoslavian P-47D Thunderbolt question

The current issue of a German magazine has an article about the Yugoslavian Thunderbolts.It includes a list compairing the factory technical data with those of the Yugoslavian aircraft and according to it while having the same R-2800-59 engine they had 300 horsepower less,were 525 kilos lighter and considerably slower.The ceiling was almost 2300 metres lower and they had only half the range of other P-47s.Could it be that they didn't have Superchargers or Water injection?
