It has been on collector's wish list for years. I think I have only seen one in 50 years. Its probably the most collectible kit out there, but, its for collectors, not builders, There is nothing accurate about it. Its more like the North American SM-64 Navajo then it is an F-108, and its more of a toy than it is a model. Its more of a historical model representing ITC's position in the hobby in the early days. If you see one at a garage sale, buy it, and then resell it.
