Kinetic Models Missing Parts

I tried email contact with Kinetic Models twice regarding missing parts in an M-ATV kit but to date still no response. Does anyone
have a direct contact number or possibly a US distributor reference for Kinetic. Any other suggestions would also be appreciated.
The missing parts are PE and decals, probably packed together. All plastic parts are present.
Thanks
