Out Of Box will be judged per IPMS rules and a copy of the kit instructions MUST accompany the entry or it not be eligible - no exceptions. One award for Best out of box will be given in each major category (Aircraft, Armor, etc.)
Categories will be split (Allied/Axis, scale, etc.) based on need, at the sole discretion of the head judge.
