We would like to invite you to attend our 16th Annual Model Contest and Swap Meet to be held on Saturday, March 21st, 2009.
This show is being hosted by the IPMS Roscoe Turner chapter located in Indianapolis, IN.

Vendor Table Pricing
Pricing for each 8 vendor table is $30.00 per table.
We cannot hold or reserve tables unless we receive monies for those tables.
Please advise if you have location preferences or any unique needs/wants.
We will sincerely try to accommodate your requests . However, there are NO guarantees.
Vendor Setup
The show opens to the public at 9:00 AM on Saturday Morning.
We ask that you set up in advance during the following times:
Friday, March 20th - 7:00 PM (EST) to 8:00 PM (EST)
Saturday, March 21st - 7:00 AM (EST) to 9:00 AM (EST)

Facilities
There is ample parking and the school plans to sells food, snacks and beverages.
