We are utilizing the same facility for our 6th event that we used in the spring. It provides a much larger display space, with ample parking, and various eateries close to the event location which run the gamut from Mickey D's to O'Quigley's.
Contest:
Anyone is welcome to attend and enter. You need not be a member of IPMS-USA, however, if you plan on entering a model in the contest it will be judged under IPMS-USA rules which includes the NO SWEEPS RULE. These rules can be accessed via the various links on the IPMS-USA website which is: ipmsusa.org.
Contest registration is from 9AM to 12 Noon. Model entry fees are as follows: Adult (18 and older) entry fee is $10.00 for up to five models entered plus $2.00 for each additional model. Junior (under 18) entry fees are $5.00 for up to five models entered plus $1.00 for each additional model.
Raffle:
Raffle tickets will be $1.00 each, or 6 for $5.00. We will again draw numbers throughout the event and post them for your convenience. Prizes will be pre-numbered and we will have 5 separate categories from which to enter. You DO NOT have to be present when the number is drawn to win.
Vendors:
We will have 30 tables available on a first come, first served basis. Tables will be $20.00 a piece for quantities of 1 - 3. Each additional table will be $10.00 each. Please use the Vendor Registration Form on our website (below) for table reservations.
We are also seeking sponsorship of trophy packages @ $25.00 per package from any club, individual, or business.
