You body should be squared up to the goal. Your feet should be shoulder width apart. Your knees should be slightly bent. Your shooting arm should be held high,you should bend your arm slightly as you shoot but not in a jerking motion, and you should guide the ball with the other hand, As the ball leaves yourhand you should bend your knees further.Your should refrain from twisting your waist and you it will help if you aim for the back ring.Ask AENA if they have any shooting videos, if they do you may be able to borrow from library, if there is one the library can get it for you. You need to practice and practice until it becomes better and better and feels right.If done properly a good shooter should be able to shoot with her eyes closed, and shoot without hitting the ring.
There are many different ways to shoot but if you just like a golf swing there are right and wrong ways to try to do it!Hope this helps. | |
