Physically Supporting Your Own Team!

Can either GD/GK hold the others leg/foot/body to support them and stop them from over-balancing whilst stretch defending the GS/GA attempt on goal?

Cannot find any reference to this in the rule book.

I am not sure about this one but I think the answer is yes. I know for sure that holding the shirt of your own team player whilst she is trying to defend the shot is not illegal. One would argue whether it was of benefit to the defending team though!

It is not illegal to physically support your team members it is an interpretation of the rules we have asked an A grade before and it was looked at.....

I am a GD and my GK supports my leg or foot so i can hold my stretch and we have never been pulled up!
