I am crazy in love with some so need advice

I just want someone to help me with something here.

I am a young man now working in an organization and there are many young girls of my age working with me too.

But out of all the girls there, there is one who possess the qualities that I admire from a young girl.

I sometime feel like chating with her but I feel shy. From the back of my head I had the faith that I will still get to know here when I study her approaches towards me.

Just few days ago, it was sort of a miracle that I met the girl and we started chating on our way to the work place. Somehow she share with me some of her secrets things that she plans to do in life.

I was wondering why she was sharing such to me because I don't need to know whats in her heart.

But I still admire her qualities and want to admit to her that "I love her" though its hard to say that.

Please can someone give me some good advise on how I can approach her and tell her or my feelings about her???????????
