Are Italian fans worst in Europe now??

Its seems every time  a team gets humped now the opposing fans start a riot to get the game stopped, Como are alreay facing a home ban and now Torino who could well be facing relegation are showing how unhappy they are, 3-0 and half a game and they go and start a fight. This is such a waste of time and bad impression for those countries where FIFA are trying to promote football. How long will it be before the governing bodies exact some punishment on Italy for their crowds. Apart from the recent spats there has been a lot of trouble with racism among italian crowds for some time now. Not that there isn't in other countries but it seems in the past governing bodies had no hesitation in banning english clubs from competitions, or does it only count if you start trouble in someone elses country and ok to be violent at home?? I am taking of course about yesterdays abandonment of the Torino and AC Milan game??

Going by the reports

i have read Jhim over the last year it is the Far Right elements who seem to be keeping this going and it needs to be stopped as it is evident as growing in other countries as well and unfortunately it is creeping into Scotland.

Italian teams have been playing badly and it seems to upset the Italian fans.
