First substitution in Wisla-Lazio...

The first to be substitute in Wisla-Lazio was the main referee. In the 14th minute he had a muscle strain. I wonder what odds should give a bookie for this?

If I have bet for Lazio/Wisla to make the first substitution, will I get a refund or I lose?
