Hello Everyone,
My name is Amanda and I make cultural awareness resources for a not for a profit organisation called Diversicare. We have a Government grant to make a DVD about Papua New Guinean born people living in Queensland and their cultures. This DVD will be used for training in the aged care and health sector. The purpose of this DVD is to educate people about the diverse cultural needs of Papua New Guinean born people living in Queensland.
I would love to hear from members of the PNG community who are willing to share information about your lifestyle and customs, as I am hoping to represent the many different areas and their unique cultures that exist in Papua New Guinea and the way this has changed since moving to Queensland.
