If it says "you may re-run your qualifying and your race" then I think you'll find that is semantically identical to
"you may re-run your qualifying and you may re-run your race"
Clearly, to re-run my race I have to reload.

Curiously - I never, ever, ever reload or restart qualifying, but I do restart the race (reload - so nah !) if I lose bits off the wagon early on i.e. until the traffic settles down, whatever that means. So I have done first corner restarts, but I didn't do a restart on early on at Sil when Heidfeld stopped in Vale at some early stage
