Has anyone used an SDS fuel injection system with a six cylinder Chevy Corvair engine? Also, has anyone used the SDS system with a carburetor backup system?

THIS MOTOR WOULD REALLY BENIFIT FROM THE INSTALATION OF AN SDS INJECTION. MOUNT THE INJECTOR CLOSE TO THE MOTOR AND UES THE CARB. AS THOTTLE BODY. IT WOULD REALY WAKE UP THE RESPONCE OF THIS MOTOR. I'VE DID A VW MOTOR IN MY SAND RAIL.

I have built and installed many SDS EFI systems on Corvair engines. While you could configure the engine to use the carburetors as a back up, I would think this as being counter productive. Based on my experiences, the SDS systems are far more reliable than any carburetor install on a Corvair.
