Hey tuners,
Just purchased the EM4f for my 92 22re and was wondering if any of you have some values I can kick start my tuning with. It's essentialy a 2.4 liter LCE pro-efi motor with bore increase in the TB, Intake plenum, and head. Bigger valves in the head (45.5mm Intake 37.5mm exhaust) and 2.25 exhaust too.
Cam:
20R/22R - EFI Pro Camshaft
Smooth Idle (1200-5000 rpm range)
Intake Exhaust
Valve Lash .008 .012
Valve Lift 440 440
Advertised Duration 280° 280°
Duration @ .050" 230° 230°
Lobe Center 102° 118°
Intake Opens 13° BTDC
Intake Closes 37° ABDC
Exhaust Opens 45° BBDC
Exhaust Closes 5° ATDC
Injectors are 240cc
I have not mounted it up yet but will be working on that in a couple of days.
A few other items in the motor but those are the high-lights
