Re: Can Anyone Donate...?

December 5 2017, 11:17 PM

I can't help it: negative information but let's face it -- it's real. Random attendance stats derived from the weekly worship/news guide during mid-year:

917 ... 811 ... 807 ... 854 ... 820 ... 854 ... 820 ... 905 .. 866 ... 756
803 ... 916 ... 860 ... 752

Really!!! What's happening?

Anthony Lancaster, resident "worship leader," had a duet with a howling lady singing "Softly and Tenderly." An innovation that's distractive, indeed!

The Lord's Supper of late has a recorded vocal accompaniment that really sounds ritualistic and Roman Catholicky.

So, who are the real church leaders? Anthony and the Praise Team? Maybe Anthony can bring back those good ole hymns and rest awhile from those "shallow praise songs" [thanks, Scripture, for the expression].

I wonder whose idea it was to have a woman co-"worship leader"? But there was nothing "soft" and "tender" with her singing throughout, although the male worship leader instructed [whom?] to sing the last verse softly.

Wait! Maybe it was a duet -- a performance with the Praise Team in the background! After all the male and female singers were facing the congregation.

Is it possible that the lady was in "worship leader" training? The lady was louder than (overpowering] the male singer.

Thus, the "howling lady," Dave. Just one, not more than one.

Re: Madison's New (Instrumental) 'Vision'

December 7 2017, 4:34 PM

I must have watched the ABOMINATION IN THE HOLY PLACE. There assuredly was no special talent beyond what most ladies can do. In the one I watched, Jason and the lady were sitting down: this is the usual METHOD OF GRADUALISM.

With all of the Visual Arm Waving to INTERPRET I thought that Jason was going to lift off. Disgustingly Effeminate and most literate people would not tolerate people mocking God with irreverence which forgets that

Chapter III. Direct Commands of God and Necessary Inferences
Fortified by this knowledge against heathen views, let us rather turn to the unworthy reasonings of our own people;
.....for the faith of some, either too simple or too scrupulous,
.....demands direct authority from Scripture for giving up the shows,
.....and holds out that the matter is a doubtful one,
.....because such abstinence is not clearly and in words imposed upon God's servants.

Well, we never find it expressed with the same precision,

....."Thou shalt not enter circus or theatre,
.....thou shalt not look on combat or show;" as it is plainly laid down, "
.....Thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not worship an idol;
.....thou shalt not commit adultery or fraud." Ex. xx. 14.

But we find that that first word of David bears on this very sort of thing: "Blessed," he says, " the man who has not gone into the assembly of the impious,
.....nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the seat of scorners." Ps. i. 1.
Though he seems to have predicted beforehand of that just man,
.....that he took no part in the meetings and deliberations of the Jews,
.....taking counsel about the slaying of our Lord,
.....yet divine Scripture has ever far-reaching applications:

.....after the immediate sense has been exhausted, all directions it fortifies the practice of the religious life, that here also you have an utterance
.....which is not far from a plain interdicting of the shows.
.....If he called those few Jews an assembly of the wicked, much more will he so designate so vast a gathering of heathens!
.....Are the heathens less impious, less sinners, less enemies of Christ, than the Jews were then?
.....And see, too, how other things agree.

For at the shows they also stand in the way
.....For they call the spaces between the seats going round the amphitheatre,
.....and the passages which separate the people running down, ways.
.....The place in the curve where the matrons sit is called a chair.

Therefore, on the contrary, it holds, unblessed is he who has entered any council of wicked men, and has stood in any way of sinners, and has sat in any chair of scorners.

...........................THE BOOK

What Happened at the Madison Church of Christ?

There are thousands of churches being taken over across America.

This book is only about one of those churches. It's about the Madison Church Of Christ. By studying the methods used here along with the resource references you might be able to inoculate your church. At the very least you will recognize the signs early on.

Many of the current members of the Madison Church of Christ still don't know what happened.
Some never will know! This book is for them as well.

Madison Church of Christ was a 60 year old church. At one time it was one of the largest churches in the US, and the largest Church of Christ.

It thrived for many years on the vision of it's elders and those of it's ministers. Those visions undoubtably came from the the inspired word of Jesus Christ.

At sometime in the last 10 years there was a deliberate plan by a majority of the elders to take the Madison Church of Christ into a more worldly realm.

They used secrecy, covert planning, and outside sources to scheme and to change the format and direction of the Madison Church of Christ.

The Elders knew that the membership would never approve such a plan. Using the tools of the "Community Church Movement"(consultants, books, seminars, meetings,planters,seeders) they slowly started initiating change so it was never noticed by the members until it was too late.....

At the heart of the plan was the fact that old members were going to be driven off so new techniques could be used to go out and reach the unchurched through new "Contemporary Holy Entertainment" methods developed by the "Community Church Movement"

Old members had to be kept on board long enough to get their plans ready, or the funds would not be there to pay for the new building. So by the plans very nature, it had to be secret.

The church had no plan in effect to renew or approve elders. There was never any need. The elders had always been "as approved by God". 10 of the last 15 elders would begin to shed some doubt on that.

The Elders did not even need a majority at first, because some of the elders went along unwittingly.

This edition starts shortly after some of the members begin to smell something strange in January 2001. Later editions may go back and fill in some of the timeline.

To even start to understand whats happening here, you must read the background materials in the first of the book.

This is only the first edition, and not the end. New editions will be printed as needed. To keep abreast of current changes, please visit our web site;

Here is the list of players;

5 Godly Elders
10 Not so Godly Elders
120 "Deacons" (allegiance unknown)
2,800 - 4,000 church "members"
2 "teners" (people who have publicly confessed to have broken all ten commandments)
Unknown number of "sinners" (This is what the 10 elders call us.)
Unknown number of "demons" (Flying everywhere, to many to count)
