just so you get tired of me

Here's another building suggestion. Again my hat is off to the original design, just trying to help where I can.
Rather than cutting away the plywood on the back deck where the mast is to step and using PA130. Before the deck is installed, cut a hardwood block about 3" wide and 8" long with a side profile to match IFC-TD.This will be centred behind IFC-TG. Cut a 3/4" spruce strip to run between the sides the same height as the rear of the hardwood block. Glue the hardwood block well to the floor and the formers, screw where you think it necessary. Now place your rear deck on top of this assembly, and glue and screw it down well. *Note, it may be easier to place the rear deck if the 2" x 3/4" rear strip is not installed until after the deck is in place. Otherwise the deck will have to be sprung into place.
Now mark where the center of the hardwood block is and install "thread in nut inserts" at 1" intervals to allow mast adjustment fore and aft. You can still use PA130 or you can also use a standard hourglass rubber sailboard mast base which can be threaded directly into the nutserts. Make sure you check the mast base and install the correct size of nutsert.
Again, hope this helps.
