Pull up the template in word
left click on the image to select
go the "format" menu and select "picture"
Then select "size"
When you have the size menu up, you can change the size of the selected image.
In the size menu, click ok when you are done changing the size and the image size should change.
I didnt completety try this including printing but it likely will work.
