Its the #3 with the PVC pipe run through a table saw to make one side flat.
I beleive its making a "noticable" difference (but know my experiments usually have have too many variables to be sure).. Im using it on a sail that Ive also modified to put a flat entry just behind the mast iceflyer.com/ptb2.html
