No problems on the playa, for once, with rims or tires. Used 6 ply tubeless highway boat trailer tires, 4.80 X 8, with 4 stud steel rims. Four hundred miles took off about half the tread.
Tried out a new Yes 12.0 meter sail. It handled 45 MPH gusts with ease. Has a nice balance to the weight of the craft and me. And no rips or even much luffing. If the sail works as well on ice, it's going to be a fun winter.
